What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
We accept mixed orders. For most parts the MOQ is 10–20 pieces per item, and you can mix different items in one container. Tell us your needs and we will confirm.
How long does delivery take?
Stock items are ready in 3–7 days after payment. Container orders take 20–30 days depending on quantity. Sea freight to Lagos takes about 25–35 days.
What payment terms do you accept?
T/T (bank transfer): 30% deposit, 70% balance before shipment. For regular customers we also accept L/C at sight.
How do you ship the goods?
By sea (FCL or LCL) — the most cost-effective option for Africa. We can also arrange air freight for urgent orders. We work with reliable freight forwarders and handle export customs clearance for you.
Can I get samples before placing a bulk order?
Yes. Samples are available for most items. The sample cost and shipping fee are borne by the buyer, and the sample cost can be deducted from your first bulk order.
Do you provide OEM or customized production?
Yes. We can produce according to your samples or drawings, and print your brand logo on the packaging if the quantity allows.
How do you guarantee quality?
Every item is inspected before packing, and we send you photos of the goods before shipment. If you receive any defective items, please send us photos within 15 days and we will replace them in your next order.
How do I get a quote?
Add the products you need to your quote list on our website and submit it — or simply send your parts list (part number + car model + quantity) to yuetian2009@126.com. We reply within 24 hours.
